Cheap Ontario high speed internet plans start at just $35.99! Ontario high speed internet no contract. No cancellation fees. No termination fees. No hidden fees. No tower required. Nothing to put on your roof or a pole. No satellite dishes. No site assessments. No big investment required, and normally we do not even have to dig up your lawn! A modem is required, and normally you will need to buy it from us at the time you place your order. ('Dry loop' is also required is you have no active traditional home phone, or if you have both a Bell home phone and Bell TV.)
Please ask us to check your address for service availability, especially before ordering.
Even if you are not in a 'rural' area, but simply for whatever reason do not have the option of getting 'cable' high speed internet, our DSL & 'Fibre to the neighborhood' (FTTN) high speed internet plans might be an excellent alternative. Given the choice between DSL or cable internet, cable high speed internet is most likely to offer you the faster speed than rural DSL, but Fibre FTTN might be faster.) Please do note that a high speed internet overage fee of $3/GB applies to all of the Ontario DSL & Fubre high speed internet plans on this web page that are not 'unlimited'. We can provide DSL & Fibre high speed internet services to just about every home in the Province of Ontario which is serviceable by Bell Canada 'fibre to the neighborhood' (FTTN) high speed internet & phone lines, as we provide our DSL & Fibre high speed internet plans over the Bell Canada network and phone lines in Ontario (even if you do not currently have a phone with Bell).
Fibre internet for Ontario. As with all DSL Ontario internet service providers, our Ontario high speed internet plans speeds below are in Mbps (unless otherwise stated), and are 'up to'. 'Fee' refers to an Installation or Activation or Transfer fee, (and might be referred to as a 'setup fee' in some parts of our website / computer system). Prices are per month. Plans are delivered over Bell Canada FTTN / phone lines, (so if you live in an area where you cannot get traditional copper line Bell phone service you would not be able to get our services). If you already have Bell DSL service but the speed or quality is poor, you will likely have the same issues with our DSL services. The good news is that if you have a Bell phone line running to your home then we should be able to provide DSL 6 internet.
Fibre FTTN is mostly available in large urban centers in Southern and central Ontario. It is also available is some smaller urban centres, and even some small places you might not expect. Our DSL 6 plan should be available inmost places that have or could have a Bell phone line in Ontario. The remainder of the plans on this page should (key word being 'should') be available in Amherstburg, Carleton Place, Guelph, Kingston, Kitchener, Ottawa, Toronto, Mississauga, Niagara, Waterloo, Windsor, Greater Sudbury. So that is the quick and dirty cut of where Fibre should be.
Not all of the below plans are available in all areas or at all addresses, or in all places. Unlike the phone company, we do not have full access to their raw data necessary to power a lookup box on our website for customers to use to see plan availability by either their Postal Code or street address. We can look up the info on a 'one at a time' basis behind the scenes, but not the way we and our customers would wish. That is just the nature of the business we are in. Short of you using the Contact form to send us a message with your name, e-mail address, and please place your phone number and street address including your Postal Code in the body of the message (which will open a ticket at our Help Desk) we can't tell you which of the below plans are actually available at your Ontario address. It may still take up to 24 hours to reply to your inquiry. As a minimum we hope that the lowest plan we offer, the WRS High Speed DSL 6 ON - with bandwidth 75 GB (and with speeds of up to 6 Mbps Down / 800 Kbps Up), would be available at all rural addresses. The DSL 7 (and up) plans are all FTTN (Fibre to the Neighborhood) fibre plans.
The other option you have is picking a plan, placing an order, including paying for the order, (which might also include a non-wireless modem, no WiFi capabilities on the DSL modems we sell), and then after a day or two you hear back from us that all is well and the order is being processed and the modem is being shipped, or all is not well and we are either issuing a refund or asking if you want a different plan as the one you order is not available, or some combination of the two. If you want a wireless capability we suggest you plug the modem we sell you into a wireless router of your own, then connect your devices to the router. (By the way, we do not provide Help Desk support for your router or your devices.)
If you do not have an active Bell Canada phone at your Ontario home, we will also have to charge for a 'dry loop' (a phone number & phone line that is just for internet use and cannot be used to make phone calls). We also offer an optional phone line noise filter for a small one time cost. Static IPs are also available for those who want them, but most people do not need them. These plans do not include TV channels, home phone, or security services.

A modem approved for use with a low speed may not be approved for use with a higher speed! The modem firmware version must exactly match the listed approved firmware version. Older or Newer firmware versions will not be accepted on the network. You must own the modem! If your modem was rented from another provider and you are required to return it, we will not be able to use it with our service.
Modem for DSL 6 Plan
ZyXEL P-660R $84.99
Modems for DSL 15/10, 25, 50 Plans
Modem Shipping $14.99
A Modem is required to get internet. We currently sell modems (which may vary by plan speed) for internet Ontario Ontario users. You would have the chance to buy one when placing an order for Ontario high speed internet with us. If you are renting a modem from Bell you will need to plan a date to return it on. We do not rent modems. You must provide a suitable modem (or purchase a suitable modem from us and we will ship it to you) or it will not work with our Ontario internet services). If you own your own suitable modem you must give us the info we need (make / model, serial number, and the 'macid' or 'machine ID') at the time you place your Ontario high speed internet order online with us. In terms of DSL & Fibre high speed internet plans, we only sell non-wireless modems.
If you order a modem from us, a shipping fee will be added at time of purchase (shown in our ordering system as a 'setup fee' but it is actually for 'shipping' and not for any sort of setup). If for some reason we were unable to provide service at your address (usually because Bell cannot physically service the address for us) and you have bought a modem from us, after you have return (by Canada Post) the purchased modem (in 'new condition' in the original packaging) to our warehouse (where it was mailed from, please do not bring it to our Offices) we will process a refund.
Switch internet connection in Ontario. Want to switch internet connection providers in Ontario to our cheap Ontario high speed internet plans? Check out our cheap Ontario high speed internet plan prices and see if maybe you would save by switching. If switching your DSL or fibre internet to us from Bell and you want to keep your Ontario Bell Home Phone plan that is possible, but a Dry Loop will also be required.
If you have previously tried to get Ontario DSL high speed internet service from Bell, and they say they cannot provide service at your Ontario address, then please do not try to order it from us, as we use their physical phone network to deliver our best cheap Ontario high speed internet plans as well, and without their phone/DSL line to you Ontario home, we can't provide our best cheap Ontario high speed DSL internet service either (much as we would like too). Same applies if you checked the Postal Code checker on the Bell website, if it said that the DSL type of Ontario high speed internet was not available at your Ontario Postal Code, then we have the same problem, so no sense asking us if we can provide service, as we cannot, so please do not place such an order for that service. If Bell was unable to service your address for FTTN fibre high speed internet plans, then neither can we, though we might be able to provide our DSL 6 plan over the phone line, or cable internet plans if a cable TV line runs to your home.
After accepting your Ontario DSl or fibre high speed internet plan order, we rely on a manual postal code check of your Ontario address to see if Bell Canada has an FTTN to your neighborhood and / or DSL line running to your Ontario home, or can install it to you Ontario home for us. Where available, we are usually the best internet providers by postal code, and we are a Ontario alternative DSL & Fibre FTTN internet service provider.
Our DSL & Fibre Ontario high speed internet plans are charged from 'date of order' not from date of installation / activation. First month DSL or Fibre high speed internet plan service will be prorated, and then billed by calendar month. DSL or fibre high speed internet plan overages on each DSL or fibre internet package that are not 'unlimited' will be at the rate of $3/GB, and usually appear on the following month's bill. If you decide at a later date to change your DSL or fibre high speed internet plan with us, a change fee applies, so please pick the best DSl or fibre Ontario high speed internet plan for your needs or pick an internet plan and you would not have to worry about overage charges. You will be invoiced by e-mail, credit cards are not billed automatically (unless you use the optional PayPal subscription option), and you must pay the Invoice online using our payment gateway provided on our website. We accept Visa, MasterCard & PayPal. A couple of days after we accept your order we will contact you with the modem shipping information, and later the Installation/Activation date and time period.
As with most Ontario DSL & Fibre high speed internet service providers, the Ontario DSL and fibre high speed internet plan speeds listed above are maximum speeds under ideal circumstances (as they say 'up to'). Results may vary due to many conditions, most of which are beyond our control, even though we always strive to provide the best internet services Ontario region. For more information on a variety of internet services in Ontario topics please see our Knowledgebase.
The Ontario phone number you provide on your account at time of account registration is the phone number we will supply to the Ontario DSL Internet Installer, who will phone to confirm the appointment. If your Ontario home is already wired for DSL, the Ontario Installer might not need to enter your Ontario home, so please connect the modem to the high speed internet DSL, and the computer to the modem (if not a wireless modem), then please try the high speed internet connection on your activation date (and time of day) and see if it is working or not. If it is working that is great. If you did not get a call, and the Ontario Installer did not come, and the connection is not live, please contact us by means of opening a Help Desk Ticket.
Please provide a desired Installation date when you place your order online with us, and please ensure that date is at least five days in the future, as the third party Ontario Installers are often already booked one week out. Please also include your desired time period of the day, for example, morning, afternoon, evening, etc.
Please note that using Netflix and other steaming or downloading services may very quickly use a lot of your Ontario high speed internet 'bandwidth' or 'usage', and unless you have an 'unlimited' Ontario DSl or Fibre high speed internet plan, this could very quickly get expensive in high speed internet overage charges. There is no 'on screen' warning when you exceed the usage in your Ontario high speed internet plan, and no easy way for you to look it up either, you pretty much have to open a Help Desk ticket and ask us (and it might take us 24 hours or so to reply by e-mail), or simply wait for your Ontario high speed internet overage invoice to come by e-mail at (or soon after) the end of the month, so please be careful how much use you make of such high speed internet streaming and download services! Please note that often we do not have the overage usage figures until the following month, so you could get an Invoice for overage fees form the previous month.
