The exception is if you have already checked the Videotron cable company's system (or spoken to them) and they say that the address cannot be serviced for cable TV or cable Internet. In that situation, no matter what our Postal Code check says, we would not be able to service the address for coax cable internet, (and the same for DSL/ADSL/VDSL internet plans, if you have spoken to Bell or checked the Bell system and Bell said that DSL/ADSL/VDSL internet plans are not available) for that address.
