Please select the plan you wish to order, and make payment for the Order Invoice at the time that the order is placed, (or very soon afterwards), as unpaid orders will not be processed (instead they are usually deleted after a day or so). (If for any reason we are unable to service your address, we would contact you by email to let you know that, and we would refund.) If you buy or rent a modem from us it will ship by Canada Post Xpresspost (Mon - Fri) and usually arrive in about 3 or so days. Within a day or so of placing the order we would email you the tentative install (or transfer) date, (followed a day or two after that by the confirmation of that date). The address you provide when making payment, is assumed to be the address that you want the service installed at (and the bought or rented modem shipped to), unless you explain otherwise in the notes area on the order form. If there is a unit, suite, or apartment number compontent in the address please be sure to include it in the address when making payment, and please make it clear which number is the street number and which is the unit, suite, or apt number so that they do not get mixed up!
