Services, portals, support systems, and website features must not be used for unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, intrusive, or network-disruptive activity.
This policy applies to existing customer services, support tickets, customer portal use, email communication, network activity, and related systems.
Network and security abuse
Users must not send spam, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, run attacks, interfere with networks, misuse support systems, impersonate others, or create unreasonable risk to WRS, customers, providers, or third parties.
WRS may take reasonable steps to protect systems, customers, third-party networks, and support channels.
VoIP and emergency calling
Customers using VoIP must maintain accurate service-address information and understand that VoIP emergency calling may be affected by power, internet, equipment, address, provider, and network issues.
