| 11/11/2022 | 10 | Good morning, thank you for dispatching the service call, they were very prompt to get the issue resolved, they quickly found an underground wire to be at fault 173ft from the modem, so they have run a temporary wire and requested a service call to bury a new line, he estimated likely in the spring. | 19/05/2021 | 10 | I switched to WRS Web Solutions a few months ago when I decided to get rid of the high fees being charged by one of the major internet, TV, and phone providers. I am extremely pleased with WRS and the service they provide. I am only paying $45.94 a month (tax in) for unlimited internet which gives me all the TV screening services that I need. Could not be happier. |
